Doing both Melbourne and Perth is not going to work. Melbourne and Auckland - maybe. HKG can be a stopover on the way.

You could also go via Europe, and do something like YVR-YUL-ZRH-SIN-PER-BKK-HKG-YVR, if you can find two seats in business class, which is difficult on such a short notice in high season.
