More importantly, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to Dunwoody MARTA station. Why even drive when you can go dwntwn for $2.50 in 30 minutes?
I was there on a weekday--as my post stated-so I am sorry that my post did not mention self-park was free, as I would not have had any idea. And--I am not sure why you did not have bagels--I did. If you did not, they are obviously inconsistent.
Why drive? The reason, I would imagine, is most of us stay on the perimeter is for meetings on the perimeter--If I wanted to be downtown, I would stay downtown.
The only thing I feel the Westin Perimeter has on this property is free parking. I felt the Plat recognition and overall rooms were just far nicer at Le Meridien. I look forward to returning in a couple of weeks.
I am sorry you found my post to be "misleading," but all I can do is post on the experience I had, I am sorry that yours was not as nice.
