There are currently some cheap(ish) fares SFO->HNL->GUM->HKG and back and am thinking about doing "3 perfect days" w/ Mrs. Jet'Dillo, picking up a nice slice of extra PQMs along the way.
We're being shown a 35-40 minute connection time at either end and are planning travelling carryon-only.

It sounds like GUM is small enough that they know who's coming/going and who's going to be late, but I'm hoping to get some recent intelligence on transiting through GUM.
