Oddly, despite the absence of BOB, they still put that menu in the seatbacks. The only selling on board yesterday was from the duty-free cart.
All AC beverage trolleys are built with beer/wine/liquor whether the standard is B.O.B. or complementary, and thus always available.

Menus are in seatbacks, just as you'd find duty free brochures on wide-bodied aircraft operating domestically.
