AC may have offered complimentary alcohol on YVR-MEX flights before, but as I think about it, most times I've taken the flight before, it was in a morning departure with breakfast service (MEX-YVR is always a morning departure), so coffee/tea/juice was the standard.

Oddly, despite the absence of BOB, they still put that menu in the seatbacks. The only selling on board yesterday was from the duty-free cart.
