I must disagree. The resort cities of CUN/PVR/SJD/HUX/CZM offer BOB while MEX maintained meal service originally to align it's standards with then Star Partner Mexicana. It is one of the few routes down South which is not double-catered, and A319's assigned to the route have full aft galley oven capacity in order to support the Y/C hot meal service. If BOB was type trialled, it was very short-lived. Meal service standards to MEX/CCS & BOG are consistent.
