How to get US Airways to waive rebooking fees
My husband had a gallbladder attack and is unable to fly to CA. I told U.S. Air this and they said I had a year to use our tickets. It is going to cost another $200 per ticket to rebook. (Their rebooking fee) I have a doctors note on her letter head explaining why he could not fly. I need a valid address to send the MD note and my letter to asking to waiver the fee. So far all I have been to,d by U.S. air is to rebook, travel, the they will look at my note.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thank you,
