i've lucked out with UA cruises and getting a great agent. i've booked 3 times with them so far. the after booking service has been very good IME. emails are answered surprisingly fast, too. one nice thing i wasn't expecting was for my agent to call after i returned from my cruise to ask how it went, etc. that was a nice touch. i've also not had a problem adding my military benefit OBC and shareholder OBC to bookings either.

if you can't find the cruise on the UA cruise site, you've been looking at on another site, call them to ask. i took a rather long cruise, booked with another travel agent, this april, and i was telling my UA agent about it. she told me she probably could have matched the deal and to call next time. the miles bonuses are another reason i've switched over.
