Which lounge you can use/should use depends on what metal you are flying on = NZ lounge on NZ metal and VA on VA metal.

You should ring the AirNZ call centre if you booked via NZ, they fill out a form and ring virgin to get your seats assigned.
- ringing the VA call centre (?Philippines) is very hit and miss and they (in my experience) can't allocate you front seats.
