When I access
https://www.cathaypacific.com/mobile/US (mobile site, from my mobile) and click on "Retrieve my booking", I am presented with a membership wall asking to login to asiamiles. Since I am
oneworld emerald on another airline I don't have (nor need) asiamiles, nor would my PNR have an asiamiles number if I opened an account.
Is there a workaround to retrieve my booking normally, i.e. with first & last name and PNR or ticket number, like on the non-mobile website? Anywhere to report this bizarre behavior?
