It looks like they re-issued the ticket, which for a straightforward service switch I didn't think they had to do. Maybe some taxes changed or got re-evaluated. But it's nothing to be surprised about. If there was some manual manipulation then it also needs to be manually re-issued and that can take from a few days to a few weeks. It's not a problem, except that it really must be re-issued in time for online check-in, since you cannot do it with out that.

So whenever I see someone not able to OLCI that's the cue to call. There have been a few cases of people not doing OLCI, getting to the airport before BAEC is awake, and then being unable to fly since no one can issue the ticket at that hour. Not a regular occurence but it does happen.
