I would be very grateful if some kind soul could put my mind at rest.
In April I booked LHR-JFK-LHR, outbound on Thanksgiving day, fast forward to June and my flight ( along with a few others ) gets cancelled and I have to rebook.
First mistake is mine, I go too far into the rebooking and I rebook a flight that does not have twin seats available (I have 'issues' sitting in close proximity to strangers, so pay and book the twin seats in Y, despite them being at the back).
After a few rounds of HUACA, a kindly supervisor rebooks said outbound on the 175 which is a 744 and has plenty of available twin seats.
When I check ' Check my trip' it shows ticket number 125- XXXXXXXXXX ticket status, ticket processed 29 Jun
However underneath there is ticket number 125-YYYYYYYYYY status, to be processed.
What does this mean ???
Is this booking OK or should I be on the phone to BA ?
I don't want to be 'turned away at the door'!
