FYI: not sure whether it was a LH call centre or a real OS one. The agent sounded quite German to me. But maybe this is the Sunday afternoon solution. LX as well at certain hours transfers calls to LH agents who then claim to work for LX but haven't got much clue about LX ("We don't have any more Avros in the fleet" and things like that)
