This is a disgusting way to treat customers. Not that I expect anything else from BA - on may occasions I encountered totally ignorant and full of themselves BA/LHR staff.
The solution is easy : do not fly BA and try to avoid LHR as much as possible.
There is no other way really, one simply can not accept to be treated in such way
I really looking forward for aa 77W to come to FRA or CDG, that would allow me to avoid LHR almost entirely.
