I think I should have qualified for Platinum based on 40,000 BIS miles this year. How soon can I expect to receive those upgrade certificates? I sure they're good for JFK-HNL nonstop flights! Can I use them to upgrade at time of ticket purchase or is there a time limit?(i.e. T-24 or T-72)
