I may have an upcoming trip with some long segments on BA metal that I'm booking with AA flight numbers. I have a stack of Avios and was wondering if it would be possible to upgrade the codeshare segments with them? I'm upgrading (or at least trying) the AA metal segments with SWUs.

If it is possible, I'm guessing I'd need to call BA to get it done?
