Regardless of my opinion of them as celebrities...

I met Bill Murray at the Biennale in Venice six years ago. I said something Japanese to him (he originally said it in the "extras" feature on the dvd of Lost in Translation) and he laughed.

-Jackie Mason, by The Plaza in Manhattan; does he count?
-Hillary Clinton, somewhere in NY
-Fareed Zakaria
-Zetterlund Yoko...a former Olympic volleyball player. Met her somewhere in Ishikawa, Japan
-Morimoto Masaharu, in Tokyo
-Bobby Flay
-Emeril Lagasse
-possibly more

-I saw Manute Bol in Grand Central (NYC) once, I think in 2000. Extraordinarily tall and thin. My disposable camera had no more shots, and sadly Manute has already passed on.

On a darker note, I have a business card of Buddy Cianci, the former Providence, RI (USA) mayor who was also a convicted felon.
