i complained about a late flight due to stated mechanical issues from ORD to MKE, that i was taking from MKE to ORD for a connecting flight. by the time we landed i had just a few minutes to get to my gate and board the plane last; could have been in trouble if it was just a bit further.

on the return trip i was near the front and the A/C was not working on the ground, we were sitting there for a while and it was a bit miserably hot.

i sent in an email and got a note about striving to keep things in good shape and 2000 AA points.
