The "allowance" is 2 bags at 23kg each, but BA have a "waiver" of the Heavy Bag Charge for Club passengers (amongst others).
So if they waive it, why don't they just print the proper allowance -taking into account their waiver - on their e-tickets ? Seems so very simple to me.
