Huh? Your response does not match what you quoted. They said they paid associated fees with the card and the first bag showed as free. Exactly as it should be. There is no "glitch" in what you quoted.

Right......I must have been over-tired reading this thread. However, we are seeing passengers attempt to check bags in the kiosk; they have paid for their tickets with the Chase MP Explorer credit card, yet the kiosk still wants to charge them for the first bag - sometimes it (the kiosk) reads it as such and other times not at all. After quick verification of the card and the form of payment in the PNR this can be rectified by the CSR doing the bag tag or refunding if the kiosk was quick on the draw.
