As if I predicted my own demise. While my BOS-IAD went off without a hitch, my connection UA 5739 is delayed almost two hours from 9:57-11:36pm. This means we now arrive DAY at 1:03 and my rental car company, Thrifty, refuses to stay open past 12:30am. United refuses to take any credit and give us hotels and rebook us even though this isn't weather. The plane operating IAD-DAY tonight is doing IAD-SAV-IAD-DAY and went tech on the initial IAD-SAV segment. Again, UA refuses to do anything and I will now be arriving at DAY stuck in DAY with no hotel or car as my final destination is Muncie, IN.

Please help.
