Dinner

Chipper flight attendent introduced herself and announced the meal while we were on the tarmac. She called the main dish "Jerk Chicken" - a moniker that almost caused me to pass on dinner since I'm not fond of Jamaican jerk spicing. I'm glad I didn't skip it. The name was not at all an accurate description of the delicately flavored dish.

Dinner: Lightly-spiced and roasted dark meat chicken, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and green beans.

The chicken was absolutely the juiciest, most succulent piece of poultry I have ever encountered on an airline tray table.

Desset (sic): NO SEATTLE CHOCOLATE!! Instead we had a chunk of dark Dove chocolate on the tray.
That does NOT constitute dessert, IMO. (Boo, hiss ... )
