This property is amex FHR, so if you have access to it you should book via FHR (free breakfast, upgrade).
Also, you might want to check how much difference for the next room category (executive deluxe). It comes with "Lounge" access and free breakfast.

From my last stay there (2 yrs ago), the "Lounge" is not the standard RC lounge with 4-5 food presentation.
I think it only has snack/drinks. It might have changed since then.
