My first stay at an RC is next month in Santiago, Chile (Calle El Alcalde). Paid for club floor. Any advice about best rooms?

I made the reservation via Marriott. I want to request early check-in since my flight from DFW arrives mid-morning. Does RC send an email about an upcoming stay that I can reply to?
