Reading the forum you will notice that many frequent travellers don’t understand why Accor is so poor in service and special attention for their most loyal customers. Especially in France the attitude is very poor and I can't remember 1 singe time that I was pleasantly surprised by the Accor. I stay most of the time in Sofitel and Novotel.

I book now a minimum as possible stays at Accor.
