Phoned up BA just now to upgrade myself from WT to WT+ on the LHR-LAX outbound and it cost £213. Says £223 online so not bad.
THe inbound costs £113 online but seems to be £147 on the phone. Still contemplating that but at present, I've a window seat back in the mini cabin which may or may not turn out to be a decent seat choice.
WT+ on the outbound has filled a lot since yesterday when I checked the seatmap. Most of the left hand side is now full or has a few people grabbing the window seats.
They did stick me in a middle centre seat but I've moved myself to the right hand side in a window seat.
At least I'll hit my required 1500TP after my flight into SJU
No further MFU opportunites but then again, in the last 2 years, I haven't had one flight where WT+ to CW was possible with Avios.
