Unfortunately we are seeing this (yet another "glitch" ????) happening. Therefore if you have paid the bag charge online please be sure to get a refund at the ticket counter. We can look at the form of payment on the ticket, verify your Chase Explorer and issue a refund. Frustrating, agree.
