you will receive an ecert for $700 in the name of each passenger. the $200 change fee must be paid in new money (out of pocket cash) at the time of rebooking the $300 ticket. the $700 ecerts can be used by anyone -- not only the person to which they were issued, but you will need the last name of the person to whom they were issued in order to use them. this question belongs in a different thread.
