I have a friend in the UK who bring me English candy when he comes to visit. Last time he brought me something like 24 Crunchies, 3 bags of Fruit Pastilles and 8 Lion Bars and he had no trouble.
The Crunchies and Lion bars are food and must be declared at customs but should be fine if you do. The fruit pastilles might be considered candy and might not need to be declared.
