If you login to your Marriott account you may see the 70k offer. That's where I saw mine.

To the point of recommending, I believe it's based on what you have, what you're trying to achieve, and what works for you. For example the Club Carlson is completely worthless to me right now. No place I frequent has reasonable use of those points. However if you're planning to go to Europe, there were plenty of great options with that card and benefit. I go watch my daughter play college ball quite a bit and the only decent hotel in the immediate area is a Holiday Inn and Suites. So the IHG card was real good for me, but maybe not others. If you do lots of short haul last minute flights, than the British Airways card may be a good card. I always get booked on AA and have platinum status with them so I love my BA points. Others find them worthless. To me all the main one's going right now are all good. I just choose which one based on timing, bank, minimum spend, and need and ranked. Than I plotted my quarterly apps. As offers die, than I just tweak my rankings to what I plan to apply for next. Same goes for when new offers come up.
