I'm on that same 7:25pm flight in a few weeks and have noticed its usually late. I have an hour layover in IAD for my TPA flight. My suggestion is just monitor it early on. There's a 5pm flight to IAD that's a E170. You might be able to get a seat on that if the 7pm is late. That's my game plan.
