The rationale behind my post is that I find that many RCs often overpromise when it comes to service, and then fall short in a way that doesn't happen as much at some other luxury chains. Perhaps part of the problem is that there are a number of domestic RC locations with sub-par service that, IMHO, tarnishes the brand itself.

Since this is the OP's first stay at a RC, and since it is a honeymoon stay, I just thought it would be good for the OP to go in with realistic expectations. I believe this specific RC property gets mixed reviews.
