+1 for the train.

Driving from SVO you'd be still stuck in traffic while taking the train you'd already had your welcome drink and shower in your room.

Last Thursday it took exactly 2 hrs from touching tarmac to entering my room at the IC, incl. taxiing, immigration, train ride, subway (metro) ride and checkin. ^
