Thanks for your answer and sorry if my initial post lacked some information:

The stay will be payed by an Embassy and all taxes/AFA will therefor be refunded by the hungarian government. However, at least in Hungary, in order of having it refunded directly to the Embassy, no name may appear in the letterhead. I hope this explains it.
