Perhaps it is the auditor in me, but this request seems strange. I know of no country where the company name must be in the letterhead portion of the invoice in order to claim a deduction for tax purposes. Therefore, the skepticism in me causes me to believe that 1) you are mistaken about your need for this (I hope this is it) OR 2) you are trying to use the company name on the invoice in order to claim a deduction for a company for which it is not entitled.

If this is not the case, please explain the need for this request.
