I'm sorry guys, but did you even read the title of the thread or the OP? I clearly stated I probably couldn't check-in online. That's the main problem. I already have all confirmation numbers for all my flight segments. The question was if the first airline could check me in through all segments while I'm at their desk.
While FlyerTalk is a great place to go to get answers for issues which people commonly experienced, your issue is much less common and I heartily suggest picking up the phone and calling AC, UA, or both, as they are likely to be able to give you the answer you need much more quickly and accurately than we are. It won't take very long, and they probably even have an 800 number.
Aside from that, is there a particular reason it is so important for you to be checked all the way through? Do you have a short connection? Do you want to avoid the TSA?
