Hey everyone!

Sorry if my question may sound strange to some of you but it is giving me kind of a hard time at the moment:

For an upcoming 3-week stay at the hilton in Budapest I am trying to avoid having the name of the guest on the letterhead on the invoice but only the company name (for tax reasons). I understand that the name will appear somewhere on the invoice but I was just trying to avoid having it on the letterhead.

According to the reservation agent I was in touch with it is not possible, however she did not seem very competent over the entire reservation process therefor I was wondering if one of you might be able to share his experience on this matter.
