I had a TA at CMX want to charge me for a bag at 51 lbs. even though the other bag was 22 and my wife's were 25 and 30.
I left the counter and came back after abut 15 minutes. All were about 45 lbs. I took them outside, moved some stuff from one and filled the others with rocks. The TA was upset about the weight addition (on a CRJ) but I told her I wanted to play by the rules so I added ballast.
