we used airlink and it wasn't bad. There was only 10 people in the van (3 families) and we were first drop off. Pickup on way back wasn't bad either, second pickup but other very close by.

We had to phone up to pay as well (it was a BA holiday). Apparently it happens if there is a change to a booking, ours was flight times changing 10 mins each way.
