No brainer: either look into the nonstop TN in J (it's not oneworld, I know, and know nothing about their J), or with oneworld do LAX-DFW-CDG.

A night of 9:25 in lie-flat slanted J is better than one that is 7:10 in BA F but requires a third and a fourth stop and requires connecting in LHR with hardly any room for delays (according to FlightStats, BA 66 is > 15 minutes late 12% of the time, and if you miss conformance, the next flight to PAR is an AF arriving at 1225; the next BA flight arrives at 1300).
