Yes, but barely, as in if your outbound departs from A and you inbound arrives at C and has a minimum of delay you might not make it back all the way to pass the additional only-in-LHR "conformance" on time -- even if you would make the gate for your flight.
If you MUST be at some meeting that morning, you might consider flying through another hub. See
