I travel abroad often (Central America so no big mile flights) and use my Mariott Rewards card. I haven't been able to keep with my miles and want to use a card abroad with no transaction fees that will earn miles instead of hotel points. I saw some AMEX cards but they charge $450 a year. I live in Atlanta so all I need is Delta. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
