I am quite sceptical about the Plus concept but in all fairness it should be compared to Premium Economy in other airlines, for that is what it is except it has some of the perks from C too. I can't remember the last time I saw more than 1 or 2 pax in business on an intra-European flight anyway and I guess most companies would rather pay 450euros for a CPH-LON return in SK Plus than 900euros in BA business class. Unless of course they send their staff off with Easyjet at 66euros with no luggage. However, it is disappointing if you have a C award ticket with an intra-european flight on SK and they put you in Plus.
