Refundable ticket to facilitate Passport replacement?
Pretty straight forward. Just buy a first class unrestricted fare to Canada; minimum amount held against credit line.

In my experience UA provides the quickest refund. AA take a while because they have to wait for the sales data from AA.com to post to their backend systems before refunds can refund it.
