Had the same meal as above on 8/25 LAX-ANC (AS 156).

I also thought the salad and porkchop were tasty. As someone who has dietary restrictions (GF/DF), it was nice to have an option that I could eat pretty much all of.

Mr. Meej had the pasta and thought it was good also - nothing spectacular but tasty. Neither of us had the dessert.

Drink service was seriously lacking but at least the food was tasty. :-)
