No-show fee for incorrect reservation dates - how to beg/ask forgiveness?
So I did a comical error. I booked a room for last weekend instead of this weekend at a Garden Inn and of course got whacked with a no-show fee for the first night stay which I found when the credit card charge showed up.
Is there any asking and begging forgiveness for this or is it a waste of effort? Will they ever refund based on a set criteria -- IE: If they were not otherwise sold out that night? I'm a Diamond if it matters.
