The J product on the A330s is Skybed - just Mark 1 (angled lie flat) instead of Mark 2 (flat bed).
I don't find the Mark 1 seats too bad when sleeping, although a flat bed is always preferable. I do find I slip down the bed when sleeping on an angled bed.
The Mark 1 seats are still pretty comfortable for relaxing.
