I'll be traveling CBR-SYD-JNB soon on a biz AAward and, according to my understanding, I won't qualify for the complementary limo service, right? I also checked my booking and don't see any such option, but I've read (here) of other people who thought they didn't qualify and were still able to use the service, so there...
