I have tried two ayegear products, and returned them. The coat and the gilet. The zips were the problem. Cheap plastic jobs that stuck all the time. Unfortunately they would stick at awkward times - trying to get passport out of pocket etc!
Returns were promptly dealt with, and staff excellent to deal with.
