I'm not prepared to call anything over until the fat lady sings; people were treating the merger as
fait acompli up to the DOJ news, and I think it' s premature to make the assumption that it definitely is dead.
OTOH, if I had to put money on it (beyond the 90 shares of AAMRQ I rode nearly to zero pre-BKR, and which I've just never bothered to take the tax loss on) I sure wouldn't be betting on the merger being saved.
